We ship via ground to Canada and United States through Canada Post

If you do not fall into our shipping areas please contact [email protected] and we can help arrange an order and shipping

Shipping rates are based on location and size of your package and are calculated during the checkout process.

(Larger packages are subject to additional fees)

The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address upon checkout. The customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred due to providing the incorrect address.

Please note the Ottawa Titans Team Store is not responsible for any shipping delays that are caused by the carrier

To return an item please repackage the item and include the original invoice, as well as instructions if we are to refund your item or exchange for a different size.  Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.  Please ship your return item to:

Curb Side pickup will be available for online purchases at RCGT Park.

Please allow 1 day processing time for all curb side pickup orders.  

An email will be sent with pickup instructions once your order is packed & ready for pickup.

Monday-Friday: 9am-5pm
Saturday & Sunday: Closed



The Ottawa Titans Team Store will accept an item for return within 30 days of purchase providing it is in new (re-sellable) condition, original tags are still attached and the original receipt is available.

If the original receipt is unavailable or if the tags are not present, an exchange or store credit will be offered to the customer, at the manager’s discretion. 

*All sale/clearance items are final sale.

*All game worn and customized jerseys are final sale.

Please contact our store manager at [email protected] before shipping back an online order. To return an item that was purchased online please package up the item with the original receipt, as well as instructions if we are to refund your item or exchange for a different size.

Management reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet the above mentioned conditions or if the item has been soiled or damaged in anyway.
